Bodyweight Accelerator 11: The People’s Choice

 

 
Time Investment: 15 minutes
Perform each exercise in order with no rest between exercises. At the end of the circuit, rest for 60 seconds and repeat for 3 rounds.
 
A) Sprinting walk outs x 6 (each leg) – single leg walk out with mountain climber
B) Crawling Spiderman Push Ups x 8
C) Super Prisoner Squats (10 squats x10s isometric hold x 10 squats) x 1
D) Total Body Extension Burpees x 12
 
 
 
 
Bodyweight Accelerator 4: 5x5x5 Boom!
 
Time Investment: 5 minutes
Perform each exercise in order for AMRAP in 5 minutes. Keep good form – if you get sloppy it is time for a break.
 
A) Sprinter start x 5 each leg
B) Explosive Push Ups x 5
C) Cross body mountain climber x 5
D) Prisoner squats x 5
E) Jumping jacks x 5
 

Bodyweight Accelerator 9: Abs Inferno

 
Time Investment: 15 minutes
 
Fat Burning Inferno: Perform each exercise in order with no rest between the exercises. Aim to do as many reps as possible. Rest for 30 seconds at the end of the circuit and repeat for a total of 3 rounds.
 
1A) Total body extension x 30s
1B) Jumping jacks x 30s
1C) Atomic Push Ups x 30s
1D) Jumping jacks x 30s
1E) Total body extension x 30s
 
Abs Blast: Perform exercises in supersets. For example, do exercise A then B then C with no rest, and then break for 30s. Repeat for a total of two rounds.
 
2A) Inchworms x 10
2B) Side Plank with Star Raise x 8 each side
2C) Cross Spider Plank x 8 each leg
 
Hybrid Bodyweight

1A: Reverse Lunge / Single leg walkout / push up / curtsy squat x 5 each leg

– No rest

1B: Mountain Climbers x 20 reps 

Do as many rounds as possible, with good form in the given timeframe:

Round 1 – 6 minutes (90s rest)

Round 2 – 4 minutes (60s rest)

Round 3 – 2 minutes
