Bodyweight Challenge Finisher for Bootcamps

I’ve got a killer bootcamp finisher to use in your small groups or bootcamps that your clients will love.


The best part? … it requires ZERO equipment so everyone can participate.


It’s “old school” cardio, but with a “new school” twist because instead of boring treadmills or bikes, your campers will use their own body to get their heart pumping through the roof…


… and better yet, they’ll use more muscle, which burns more calories.


You’re going to be the talk of the town.


This Bodyweight Challenge Finisher is taken directly from the NEW Bodyweight Finishers manual inside the NEW Bodyweight Finishers 2.0.


Let’s jump in…


The Jack Challenge Bodyweight Finisher


Burpees (30 secs), rest 30 secs – Do this 3 times, then…

Jumping Jacks (as many as possible in 2 minutes)


For more of a challenge, have your campers count how many reps they do of the Jumping Jacks for a contest. #BraggingRights.


Of course, just like I do with my coaching videos, I’ll offer an exercise substitution for the burpee. After all, not everyone can do burpees.


Here’s what you can do – replace the 30 seconds of burpees with 15 seconds of bodyweight squats followed by 15 seconds of pushups. That’s one option.


Another option is to have them stick with bodyweight squats for 30 seconds – that will work, too. (and less looking at the watch on your part).


The idea of a bodyweight finisher is to finish your bootcamp with a bang without ANY equipment. This makes it to where everyone can participate anywhere.
