KB/BW Cardio Blast + Video

 

A quick total-body cardio blast that’ll take you less than 10 minutes:

— 10 sumo jumps

— 10 push ups —

10 goblet squats —

10 v ups —

15 high knees —

15 butt kicks

Perform exercises back-to-back without rest; rest :60; perform sequence two more times for a total of three sets per exercise.
