His sessions are legendary and epic in the fighter community.  He runs weekly conditioning session using bodyweight only circuits that have helped many combat athletes of all levels, get into fight shape and also transform their bodies.


He also allows non-fighters to join in and take advantage of his training sessions. 

Today he going to give you an inside look at one of his fighter bootcamp classes with a mix of athletes and people that want to get FIT!

 Bodyweight Bootcamp for Fighters
Perform as many reps as possible of each exercise one after the other for 60 seconds of work followed by a 15 seconds rest. Complete all 10 exercises, rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 full rounds.

Warm up prior and stretch after this workout.
