TT Booty Bootcamp 2K12 (Workout # 6 of the 61 MRT Bootcamp Workouts)

Workout # 6 MRT Booty Bootcamp 2K12

Warm-up

Do the following circuit twice, resting for 1 minute between circuits. Each excercise is to be performed for 20 seconds

Bodyweight Squats

Pushups

Waiter’s Bow

Mountain Climbers

Star Shuffle

MRT Circuit

Do the following circuit 3 times, resting for 1 minute between circuits. Each exercise is to be performed for 30 seconds.

Goblet Reverse Lunges (30 secs per leg)

DB Row (30 secs per side) or Strap Row or Band Row

Spiderman Climb Pushups

MCT Circuit

Do the following circuit 3 times, resting for 1 minute between circuits. Each exercise is to be performed for 30 seconds.

*90% Narrow Stance Bodyweight Squats

Spiderman Climb and Reach

Prisoner Lunge (30 secs ea leg)

Offset Pushups

Jumping Jacks

*Come back up only 90% – this puts more tension on the muscle

Finisher

Do the following circuit as shown twice, resting for 30 secs between circuits

Burpees (20 secs)

Total Body Extensions (30 secs)

Plank to Triceps Extension (20 secs)

Run in Place (30 secs)
