My Program Needs a Little Re-freshing So I’m Going to Kick My Butt Into Gear” Fat Burning Workout.

if you’re bored with your current workout, or are looking for new ideas, check out what I put together below.  It should take around 25-30 minutes and you need only very basic equipment.




I categorized each exercise for you to give you some method behind the madness.  This is how I organize my programming for all of my clients and it has yielded awesome results in a very short time.  You can follow each link to a Youtube clip of the exercise.



Do This Circuit 2 Times


1.     Rotation: Bus Drivers  40 seconds


10 Seconds Rest


2.     Special Mobility Work:  I’s Y’s T’s   20 each

10 Seconds Rest


3.     Special Mobility Work:   Hip Flexor Stretch  40 seconds each, no rest between sides

10 Seconds Rest


Do this Circuit 4 times


1. Lower Body:  Plate Pushes  40 seconds

40 Seconds Rest


 2.     Push: 1-arm Military 40 seconds each arm, no rest between arms

40 Seconds Rest


 3.     Pull:    Pull-Ups  (Determine where you are in the progression) Do as many sets of 2-3 in 40 seconds as you can.

 1.    5 Minute Flexibility Circuit
