The #1 Way to Finish ANY Workout

Creator, Workout Finishers 2.0 Follow-Along System

Recently, my wife cleaned up my office and came across some old paperwork, including some of my classic bootcamp workouts. She even found the one I wrote for my very first bootcamp, which was held in the parking lot behind my gym.

Hey, you have to start somewhere, right?

As I built up referrals, my camps got bigger and bigger. It was a lot of fun watching my bootcamp business grow, especially because I didn’t rely on direct mail pieces or facebook ads, or any of that stuff.

My business was 100% referral based. Honestly, my marketing is horrid. So, I just focused on giving my campers a WOW experience and truly helping them. I wanted to have a big hook that my campers loved, to keep them coming back for more.

I knew this would separate me from my competition, too.

Without a doubt, my one hook was using these crazy finishers at the end of each bootcamp workout.  You can do these yourself or even with private one-on-one clients, too.

After the workout, we would rest for about a minute and then jump into some of the craziest set and rep schemes you’ve ever seen. This is what kept my clients coming back week after week.

With finishers, you can use a variety of:

Gauntlets

Upper Body

Lower Body

Ladder (client favorite)

Density (my favorite)

Metabolic circuits

and more…

After all, who wants to end their workout with the same old same old cardio, intervals or “3 sets of 10” approach? This is where the magic happens. Use this finisher at the end of your next workout or even your bootcamp session. It’s “good times”.

By the way, the set and rep scheme is crazy… as in one rep of each exercise!

“One at a Time” Finisher

Do the following circuit as many times as possible in 5 minutes, resting only when needed. If you or your client’s form gets sloppy, you must rest. If you’re doing this with a bootcamp, simply tell your campers to rest as needed and they can jump back in. When the 5 minutes are up, you’re done.

Lunge Jumps (1 rep per side)

Burpee Pullup Combo or Burpee (1 rep)

Squat Thrust (1 rep)

Lateral Jumps (1 rep per side)

Spiderman Climb (1 rep per side)

Seeing is believing… here’s a walk-thru of this crazy finisher:

That’s a great way to give you and your campers an all day energy rush.

But more importantly, it gets your campers excited about coming to your workouts.  You’ll soon discover that they are getting great results, but it’s just a by-product of what you’re trying to accomplish, which is having them rave about your workouts.

That’s what I thrived on. I didn’t have any big signs or hit other businesses or anything like that. I just made sure the campers were blown away at every workout by having a unique finisher every day.

If you think that one is good, just wait until you try a ladder (those are my clients’ favorites).

After all, you have to separate yourself from the competition at some point,
