I have an awesome metabolic resistance training workout to help you gain muscle and burn fat using bodyweight, kettlebells and dumbbells.
In this workout I ensured that we have push, pull, lunge, squat, hip hinge, core with added explosiveness, cardio, and athletic movements.
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work followed by 30 seconds for 3 sets straight before moving onto the next exercise. In the final exercise perform for 30 seconds!
