September 9, 2020 at 9:44 pmI used the “Against the Odds” template today and had clients do a 45/15 workout to rest ratio for 3 sets x 13 different pairs – flipping coins. It was a great success. Next Wednesday they are going to bring back their sheet and do the opposite workout, the “heads or tails” they did not flip. Great idea, as always Leon!!
