Dumbbell Combo Tri-set HIIT Workout
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds rest for 3 sets and then move onto the next exercise
1. Crush Press to Neutral Grip to Wide Grip Chest Press x3
2. Bent Over Wide Row to Regular Row to Reverse Row x3
3. Trap Shrugs Wide to Regular to Upright Shrugs x3
4. Suitcase Squats to Racked Squats x3
5. Reverse Lunge to Stationary Lunge to Forward lunge x3
6. RDL to Step Back RDLs x3
7. Abs Ladder Finisher X2
