This workout is broken into 6 triset blocks with each block focusing on a body part. For each exercise in the block perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work 15 seconds rest and repeat before moving onto the next block.

5. Stiff Legged Deadlift 30-15
6. Single Leg RDL Right 30-15
7. Single Leg RDL Left 30-15

9. Chest Press Flat 30-15
10. Incline Chest Press 30-15
11. Push Ups 30-15
12. Rest 30-15

13. Bent Over Double Row 30-15
14. Inverted Row Single right 30-15
15. Inverted Row Single Left 30-15
