This is a great HIIT workout that you can do at home to help burn fat and build muscle.

Ultimate 30 MIN HIIT Workout – No Repeat– 30 Exercises
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds of rest one after the other for one round. Total Time = 30

2. BW Push Ups

3. KB/DB Deadlifts

4. Quadruped KB/DB Rows

5. Goblet BW Forward Lunges

6. Hollow Holds
