I’ve got a NEW Sprint Conditioning Workout with Indoor Options

if the weather isn’t great for you yet. 

 

 

I’ve been getting some great feedback from guinea pigs trying out 

these short sprints “infused” with bodyweight complexes and even

some bonus KB and TRX hybrids like this one…

 

Sprint and Swing Sprint Workout with Indoor Options

 

– Find a hill about 30 yards long

– Do the following circuit ONE time, resting as shown:

 

Hill Sprints (5) – recovery is walking down the hill 

KB or DB Swings (30)

Rest 1 minute

Hill Sprints (4)

KB or DB Swings (30) Rest 1 minute

Hill Sprints (3)

KB or DB Swings (30) Rest 1 minute

Hill Sprints (2)

KB or DB Swings (30) Rest 1 minute

Hill Sprint (1)

KB or DB Swings (30)

 

Indoor option – replace hill sprints with:

 

a) Running in Place (HARD!) for 10 secs followed by 20 secs of rest

b) Total Body Extensions (as fast as possible!) for 10 secs followed by 20 

secs of rest

c) Jump Rope (25-35 reps as fast as possible!) followed by 20 secs of rest

 

Note – You can also use Total Body Extensions for the KB Swings if

you don’t have any equipment at all.
