20 MINUTE KILLER BODYWEIGHT HIIT WORKOUT

20 MINUTE KILLER BODYWEIGHT HIIT WORKOUT

Perform as many reps as possible of each exercise one after the other for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 seconds. After you complete 10 exercises, rest for 60 and repeat.

1. Jumping Jacks (4) to 10 High Knees

2. Push UP Alternate Leg Raise

3. Forward to Reverse Lunge Switch Jumps

4. Bike knee – cross toe touch

5. Chest to Ground Burpee Kick Outs

6. Alternating Single to Double Superman Shoulder Press

7. Wide-Reg-Close-Jump Squats

8. crab stance knee/foot taps

9. Plank Hip Dips and Plank Raise

10. Jumping lunge Burpees
