Today I am going to share the best workout to help you burn fat and lose weight faster than anything you’ve seen.

When you start doing workouts that target your total body using metabolic cardio training and compound and hybrid exercises you are working more muscles throughout your body which means you burn more calories.

Plus, when you keep you circuits under 35 minutes at a high intensity, then you release the Afterburn Effect which allows you to burn calories 24-36 hours after your workout is done to help your body return to its resting state.

And when you are using your own bodyweight, you’ll still be able to build lean muscle while you get lean, strong and explosive while burning fat.

Today my wife Angela and I are going to take you through a 32-minute fat loss HIIT workout which is broken up into two separate 16 minute circuits with a on middle break in between.

The 32-minute fat loss workout is bodyweight only and targets the entire body and improves cardio.

 

32 Minute Mega Shred Workout
This 32 minute fat loss HIIT workout is broken up into two separate circuits with a on middle break in between.

16 Minute Shred Circuit 1
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 minutes one after the other for 4 straight rounds (no rest in between rounds) Total Time = 16 minutes
1. Side to Side Burpees
2. Plank Hip Dips (4) to Plank Raise (2)
3. Jumping Jacks (4) to Tuck Jumps (2)
4. Walkout Push Ups

REST FOR 60 SECONDS IN BETWEEN ROUNDS

Circuit #2 – 16 MInute Shred Circuit 2
Perform each exercise for 40 seconds of work followed by 20 minutes one after the other for 4 straight rounds (no rest in between rounds) Total Time = 16 minutes

1. Jumping Lunge to Jump Squats
2. Alt Extended Front and Side Plank Jacks
3. Jump to Low Rotational Lunge
4. Flutter Kicks (10) to Reverse Crunch (2)
